A Day Turned From Upside Down TO Upside Right

Today school was very long and really irritating. I got a huge head ache and it kind of seemed like I was back in 3rd grade. My friends at school are awesome. But with my class schedule this year, it's hard to see them when you feel like talking to get everything off your mind. But trust me when I do see them, I do speak my mind. Ask any of them. After today, I was so happy to be back in the good old country woods. I love farming. I live on a small farm. My farming consists of going down to the barn and feeding the animals and doing the barn chores twice a day. During school time at least. In the summer the projects around the house and the barn pick up. On days like today I am so lucky to have friends right up the road who live on a amazing farm, and I know you read this so thank you for all you do. I just go up there and I don't have to say anything and I can have the time of my life. It's such a great atmosphere up there especially on a day like I had today. A place I can go and always feel welcome and can just have some fun. Today I got to meet someone new and he was very funny. All of my friends are funny up there always. I got to pat cows, especially this really adorable one whose name I can not remember. The only thing I remember is that it starts with a "W". We went down to the maple house after chores. By the way I really didn't help with the chores I kind of just stood there and listened and talked. But it was all still fun. When we got down to the sugar house, I had fun listening to all the boys figuring out the best way to keep a big round barrel in the back of the truck. After that they were ready to go collect sap out on the road and where ever else they have buckets set up and for me it was time to go home so I could do my chores. So I got to ride on the front of a 4-wheeler to the end of the road and that was fun. Only the second time I've ridden on a 4-wheeler in my life. The first time my friend in Vermont decided it was fun to go over a huge jump. But back to my day. I went home and fed all my goats and tucked everyone into bed. Now I am here writing my thoughts for the day. So to my friends that read this on the hill and who I hung out with after school, you know who you are, thank you for making my day better even if you didn't even know it.
